Albert and Monica McKoon celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at the home of Allen and Bonnie McKoon of Osawatomie.
A meal was enjoyed by their daughter, Joyce Trower and her husband Jim, grandsons Jeff and Alex of Salina; grandson Kirk McKoon and great-grandson Cooper; and granddaughter Jody McKoon and her fiance Blane Gillespie. Lauren McKoon, a great-granddaughter, Kirk’s daughter, was the only family member who was unable to be there.

Mr. and Mrs. Norman Youngman of Jamesport, Mo., are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary Sept. 12 with a reception hosted by their family.
Norman Youngman and Alice Ranes were married Sept. 10, 1950, at the First Baptist Church in Jamesport.
The couple has three children, Linda Randall of Lawrence, David Youngman and his wife Jana of Olathe, and Kevin Youngman of Spring Hill.
They also have four grandchildren, Mike Randall and Monica Dittmer of Lawrence, Derek Youngman of Olathe and Haley Youngman of Spring Hill. They also have five great-grandchildren, Savannah, Breanha and Leona Randall and Cayden and Orion Dittmer.

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne LaGalle of Ottawa are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Wayne LaGalle and Betty A. Stahl were married Aug. 27, 1960, at the Wea Catholic Church. At the time of their marriage they lived in Paola, until moving to Ottawa where they have been for more than 40 years.

Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Williamson of Osawatomie celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary by having dinner with their family at Jumpin’ Catfish in Olathe and cake and ice cream at their home.
Floyd Williamson and Gwen Morgan were married Aug. 8, 1937, at the courthouse in Mound City. They made their home in Osawatomie.

Tricia McNamee and Mike Williamson announce they are engaged to be married.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Dan and Randi McNamee of Perrysburg, Ohio. She graduated in 2001 from Perrysburg High School. In 2005, she graduated from the University of Kansas. She is an eighth-grade math teacher.
